COOL Ministries, Inc. celebrated 20 years of ministry, in 2020. We are presently visiting 36 Units in the TDCJ prison system and have a potential audience of approximately 57,000 offenders and reach approximately 35,000 of them annually up-close and personal. We also have a very strong presence in the Harris County Jail System.
